EXPERIENCE / 2010 — Present
I built experiences in the field that are familiar today.
I began with work involving people and processes, then moved through manufacturing, technology planning, VR, online exhibitions, platforms, EdTech and AI. The fields changed. The work of understanding complex conditions and turning them into something people could use remained.
2010–2015
It began with people and processes.
In customer relations, receivables management and legal affairs, I worked through problems with records and procedures. In interactive whiteboard manufacturing, I handled technology planning and sales, connecting technical possibilities with needs on the ground.
2010–2012
Customer relations · Receivables management · Legal affairs
2013–2015
Interactive whiteboard manufacturing · Technology planning · Sales
2016–2018
Finding a place for new technology in everyday use.
I planned table ordering systems, automation connecting VR venue access, payments and operations, and dedicated hardware. I led production of VR history exploration content and planned and produced a VR game in collaboration with B.A.P.

- Nine Solution · VR Station · Pocha Playing · EVR Ground · B.A.P collaboration VR game

2020
When people couldn’t gather, we rethought how to meet.
I led projects moving exhibitions and events online. Beyond recreating venues on a screen, I designed how people would interact within them.
- Global Research Network 2020 · Industry–Academic Cooperation EXPO · ON: Hallyu Festival
- VR virtual exhibition and matching platform planning · Online transition lead and direction
- Asia-Pacific MICE Business Festival · Speaker

2021–2024
I developed ideas, built interfaces and features, and brought them to market.
I designed a media art platform’s business model and operations from the ground up. Later, in EdTech services, I worked through subscription workflows and the structure that helped a development team work together.
- New business planning and commercialisation
- Smart office · MICE/B2B platforms · Information architecture, interface and service planning
- Questbook · Dong-A Publishing DooClass Workbook · Service planning, interface and functional design
2025–Present
Making what is needed, without waiting for a role.
I analysed the competitive landscape and planned the structure of an AI art appraisal service. I’m now building a real-time translation chat app incorporating a model of interpersonal relationships, and data extraction tools using vision AI.

Different fields. The same work of making things real.
From people and processes to technology, content, business and AI. Where there was no familiar answer, I found structure, connected people and technology, and brought the work into practice.
